Genssy ("we", "us", or "our") developed Tic Tac Toe — The One as a privacy-first game application. We believe your privacy is important — even in a simple game. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle — and, more importantly, how we do not handle — your information when you use Tic Tac Toe — The One.

1. Core Privacy Principle

Tic Tac Toe — The One is built on a simple principle: we don't collect any of your data. The app is designed so that all game data, player configurations, and preferences are processed and stored entirely on your device. We have no servers that receive, store, or process your data. We cannot see your gameplay, settings, or any other information, and we never will.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be explicit about what we do not have access to. Tic Tac Toe — The One does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

• Your player names, avatars, or symbol preferences (X or O)
• Your game history, win/loss records, or session statistics
• Your difficulty level preferences (Easy, Medium, Hard) or game mode selections
• Your first move preferences (You, Opponent, Random) or other game configurations
• Your appearance settings, including dark mode preferences
• Your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information
• Your device identifiers, IP address, location, or hardware information
• Your usage patterns, session duration, feature interactions, or behavioral data

Tic Tac Toe — The One does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details to use the app.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

All data related to your gameplay — including player names, avatar selections, game preferences, and settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure on-device storage. This data never leaves your device. Tic Tac Toe — The One does not include iCloud sync or any cloud-based data transfer functionality. Your game data remains exclusively on the device where you play.

4. Analytics, Tracking & Advertising

Tic Tac Toe — The One contains:

• Zero third-party analytics SDKs (no Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase Analytics, or similar)
• Zero advertising frameworks or ad networks
• Zero tracking pixels, fingerprinting scripts, or behavioral profiling tools
• Zero social media SDKs or third-party login services

We do not track how you use the app, which features you interact with, how long you spend in any section, or any other usage metrics. There are no ads in Tic Tac Toe — The One, and there never will be.

5. Children's Privacy

Tic Tac Toe — The One does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since the app requires no personal information to function and stores all data locally on your device, there is no mechanism through which we could collect such information. The app is suitable for users of all ages.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Because your data is stored only on your device, you have full control over its retention. Uninstalling Tic Tac Toe — The One removes all locally stored data, including any saved player configurations, preferences, and game settings. There is no cloud backup or remote copy of your data — once the app is removed, your data is gone completely.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable regulations. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of Tic Tac Toe — The One after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
