Raul Gutierrez Niubo

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Florida International University and have spent over five years focused on iOS development. From early projects in UIKit to building fully in SwiftUI today, I've always been drawn to the entire lifecycle of an app — architecture decisions, clean code patterns, and the small details that make software feel right.

I care deeply about system design and architecture. Patterns like MVVM, dependency injection, and clean separation of concerns aren't just buzzwords to me — they're how I think about every project. I believe well-structured code leads to better products, and I bring that mindset to everything I build at Genssy.

I founded Genssy because I wanted to build software on my own terms — apps that are thoughtfully designed, respect user privacy, and solve real everyday problems. There's something deeply satisfying about taking an idea from a blank Xcode project to a polished app in someone's hands.

Beyond apps, I also created Genssy Academy — a place where I share production-ready source code with other developers. I've always learned best by reading real code, and I wanted to give other iOS developers the same opportunity with complete, well-architected projects they can study and build on.
