This Copyright Policy outlines the intellectual property rights related to the Income Ultra application ("App") developed and maintained by Genssy, operated by Raul Gutierrez Niubo ("we", "us", or "our"). All content within Income Ultra is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

1. Ownership

All content, source code, object code, design elements, visual assets, text, graphics, logos, icons, layouts, and any other materials within Income Ultra are the exclusive property of Genssy and are protected by international copyright laws. This includes but is not limited to the application's architecture, calculation logic, user interface components, and all creative works embodied in the App. All rights not expressly granted in this policy are reserved by Genssy.

2. App Icon and Visual Assets

The Income Ultra app icon, logo, and all visual assets — including illustrations, graphics, color schemes, and typographic treatments used throughout the App — are original works created by or for Genssy. These visual elements are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used in any form without prior written permission from Genssy.

3. User Interface Design

The overall look, feel, and design of Income Ultra — including its layout structure, screen flows, navigation patterns, component styling, animations, and interactive elements — constitute protectable creative expression. The user interface design is the copyrighted property of Genssy and may not be copied, imitated, or reproduced in whole or in part without express written consent.

4. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Income Ultra for its intended purpose: as a personal salary and hourly income calculator on your Apple device. This permitted use includes:

• Downloading and installing the App from the Apple App Store
• Using all features of the App for personal, non-commercial calculations
• Sharing or referencing the App by name for recommendation purposes

5. Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized by Genssy in writing, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any part of the App's source code, design, or content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App or any of its components
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, loan, or otherwise transfer the App or any rights therein to any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, proprietary markings, or attribution within the App
• Use the App's name, icon, screenshots, or any visual elements for commercial purposes without written permission
• Incorporate any part of the App's design or functionality into another application or product

6. Reporting Copyright Concerns

If you believe that any content within Income Ultra infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, or if you become aware of unauthorized use of Income Ultra's copyrighted materials, please contact us immediately. We take intellectual property rights seriously and will investigate all legitimate reports promptly.
