Welcome to Income Ultra. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Income Ultra application ("App") developed and maintained by Genssy, operated by Raul Gutierrez Niubo ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Income Ultra, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Income Ultra, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Genssy.

2. Description of Service

Income Ultra is a salary and hourly income calculator designed to help you estimate your earnings and take-home pay. The App allows you to input salary or hourly rate information, calculate overtime pay, and view estimated take-home pay figures. All calculations are performed locally on your device, and no data is transmitted to external servers.

3. Free to Use

Income Ultra is provided completely free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, no subscription fees, no premium tiers, and no hidden costs. You have full access to all features of the App at no cost. We do not and will not charge you for using any functionality within Income Ultra.

4. Calculations Disclaimer

The calculations provided by Income Ultra are estimates only and should not be considered as financial, tax, or professional advice. Actual take-home pay depends on numerous factors including but not limited to:

• Federal, state, and local tax rates, which vary by jurisdiction and may change over time
• Pre-tax and post-tax deductions (health insurance, retirement contributions, union dues, etc.)
• Filing status, exemptions, and tax credits
• Employer-specific payroll policies and benefits
• Overtime regulations that may differ from standard assumptions

You should consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional for accurate calculations specific to your situation.

5. User Responsibilities

When using Income Ultra, you are responsible for:

• Entering accurate information for your calculations
• Understanding that results are estimates and not guaranteed figures
• Not relying solely on the App's estimates for financial decisions, tax filings, or legal matters
• Verifying important calculations with a qualified professional
• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

Income Ultra, including but not limited to its design, code, user interface, graphics, icons, and all associated content, is the exclusive property of Genssy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Genssy and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of Income Ultra. This includes, without limitation, any financial decisions made based on calculations provided by the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, which is zero.

8. Termination

You may stop using Income Ultra at any time by simply uninstalling the App from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or suspend the App at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all locally stored data is removed when you uninstall the App, and no data remains on any external server as we do not collect or store your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Income Ultra after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Genssy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
