This Disclaimer applies to the Income Ultra application ("App") developed and maintained by Genssy, operated by Raul Gutierrez Niubo ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using the App.

1. General Disclaimer

Income Ultra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We make no guarantees that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any calculations will be perfectly accurate for your specific financial situation.

2. Not Financial Advice

Income Ultra is a calculator tool designed for estimation purposes only. The App does not provide financial advice, tax advice, accounting services, or any form of professional financial guidance. The calculations, estimates, and figures presented by the App should not be used as the sole basis for any financial decisions, tax filings, salary negotiations, employment agreements, or other consequential actions. You should always consult with a qualified financial advisor, certified public accountant, or tax professional for advice specific to your individual circumstances.

3. Accuracy of Calculations

While we strive to provide useful and reasonably accurate estimation tools, the calculations in Income Ultra are approximations and may not reflect your actual take-home pay. Actual income and take-home pay are affected by numerous variables that the App cannot fully account for, including but not limited to:

• Federal, state, and local income tax rates, which vary by jurisdiction and change over time
• Social Security and Medicare contributions
• Pre-tax deductions (health insurance, retirement contributions, HSA/FSA, etc.)
• Post-tax deductions (Roth contributions, garnishments, union dues, etc.)
• Filing status, dependents, exemptions, and applicable tax credits
• Employer-specific payroll policies, matching programs, and benefits
• State-specific labor laws and wage regulations

4. Take-Home Pay Estimates

Income Ultra uses a default estimate of approximately 83% for take-home pay calculations. This is a simplified general approximation and your actual take-home pay may vary significantly from this estimate. The actual percentage of your gross income that you take home depends on your tax bracket, filing status, deductions, contributions, and the specific laws of your jurisdiction. Some users may take home considerably more or less than 83% of their gross income. This default is provided as a starting point for estimation purposes only and should not be treated as an accurate prediction of your net pay.

5. Overtime Calculations

Income Ultra assumes a standard overtime rate of 1.5 times (time and a half) the regular hourly rate for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week. Actual overtime compensation may differ based on:

• Your employer's specific overtime policies
• Federal and state overtime laws applicable to your situation
• Your employment classification (exempt vs. non-exempt status)
• Collective bargaining agreements or union contracts
• Industry-specific regulations and standards
• Double-time provisions for certain jurisdictions or circumstances

The overtime calculations provided are estimates based on common standards and may not apply to your specific employment arrangement.

6. No Professional Relationship

Using Income Ultra does not create a financial advisor-client relationship, an accountant-client relationship, or any other professional service relationship between you and Genssy. The App is a self-service tool, and you are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the information it provides. We do not review, verify, or validate any data you enter into the App or any decisions you make based on its output.

7. Third-Party Content

Income Ultra does not currently include, link to, or integrate with any third-party content, services, websites, or applications. All functionality is self-contained within the App. Should this change in the future, we are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any third-party content or services.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in the App, its functionality, or applicable regulations. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
